Assisted financial publisher in broadening its view of its opportunity space in the financial advisory space, in light of changing market conditions. Redefined the addressable market scope creating a tenfold increase in the size of the market opportunity. Created conceptual architecture for a Wealth Management Solution now adopted by major players in the retail investment advisor market.

Corporate R&D
Collaborated with internal new ventures team and Corporate R&D department of major materials manufacturer to accelerate returns from longer-term development projects through external partnering.

Educational Solutions Provider
Worked with major educational publisher to re-envision existing joint venture plans as a global e-learning partnership, expanding the addressable market by over 20 times. Used our Storyboarding approach to create a rapid prototype of the offering, estimate resource requirements and acquire funding.

Industry Directory Publisher
Worked with senior management of an industry directory publisher to migrate print-based directory products to a value-added electronic information exchange that would become part of the industry workflow as opposed to an infrequently used reference. Formulated the initial solution concept and architecture and developed key industry partnerships to launch the new platform.
